Very prompt, thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and courteous from the initial phone call through the service call which was a furnace fall check. Would highly recommend this company and will continue to call them for our heating and air needs for our house as well as our rentals.

There isn't a company with greater integrity and commitment to customer service than Choice Comfort who also owns Kettering Heating & Air. Paul and his team are simply terrific in what they do and how they do it. You'll never look anywhere else. They're maintenance program is top notch as well.

I always had successful experiences when dealing with this contractor. It appears they have closed the business however. Another business named "comfort choice" took over their phone number and web site...., but is very pricey /expensive

I had four area heating and air companies provide quotes on the current home I’m working on. All but Sandra from Kettering Heating & Air were in and out in under 15 min. One was high pressure, one took 3 days to get the quote after a phone call reminder and one seemed disinterested. Sandra took her time, spending over an hour and looked over the old furnace and ducting in detail. She took into account the square footage of the property and honest in what we needed. Even finding a disconnected duct the others had missed. The installation team was professional and was able to start work a day earlier than planned. We will definitely be using them again!

A few nights ago we experienced a major plumbing problem which required us to turn off all water to our house. We called Kettering Heating and Air. They sent an experienced plumber wo fixed the problem and got our water back on efficiently and at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Sandra, Jason and Matt. They are there when you need them with smiling faces.

Great service from Kettering Heating & Air. Matt quickly identified the issue with our furnace and corrected the problem. This intermittent problem was looked at one year ago by another Dayton area HVAC company - they made a nominal improvement and spent most of their time trying to sell us a new furnace. I appreciate that Matt was here to fix our furnace - not try to sell us a new one. We will use Kettering Heating & Air again in the future

Flexible and honest. Kettering H&A provided us with the best price and most thorough assessment for our new furnace and ductwork. I worked with Sandra. She was great! We had issues with our air handler, Boiler... etc. All in all, Sandra responded, provide various estimates, [even supported talk with our Warranty Company] and coordinated the job to completion. We are very happy with the work and our new warm [and planned summer's cool] home. I highly recommend.

Called these guys to come out my furnace at home. Not only do they do great work at a fair price, but their customer service is top notch. The tech, who's name is also Matt, was very helpful. My 3 year old daughter was running around the whole time he was working and he didn't mind at all. She even came up to him afterwards and gave him a hug as he was leaving.

I had Kettering Heating & Air out to my house recently to service my heater and they did a great job. It turns out that I had a damper that was broken and was not getting heat to my two upstairs bedrooms and they also found a duct that had some leakage. I thought it was going to cost me a lot of money to correct the issue but they did not try to sell me things that were not needed. It is nice knowing that there are still family owned business that are honest and take pride in their work. Thank you for the quick service!

As long as I live in Dayton I will not use another company. It is hard these days to find a service company that is honest and does good work. (Kettering Heating & Air does both) I am lucky to have found them, and I am thankful for for their creativity in my unique situation.
