It turns out that I had a damper that was broken and was not getting heat to my two upstairs bedrooms and they also found a duct that had some leakage. Charges seem much more reasonable than the other guys (under $300 both visits; other guys charged me $300 to swap out a thermostat that I later found I could get from Home Depot for $50–they charged $200 just for the part and $100 to switch it out, which took 15 min).
